An initial In-Depth Nutritional Intake Assessment: understanding your health background, nutrient intake, potential deficiencies, sleep patterns, stress management, and specific health objectives allow for the creation of a customized nutrition plan tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. Your first month includes a 45-minute intake session that serves as one of your two monthly consultations.

Each session will build the personalized guidance that aligns with your unique nutritional needs and goals. If exercise/fitness is part of your health goal, guidance on movement patterns and tailored advice for how to enhance your current routine is included as well.
